The simple rules

and must match the following conditions:
- The front-side image must contain something that has to do with a watermelon ("Anguria" means watermelon in Italian). It might be a real watermelon, you might wear a t-shirt with a watermelon, you might show a sheet of paper with a watermelon drawing on it...anything like that...be creative;)
- You can write any message you want on the back-side, but you must include (a) your e-mail address (will be used to contact you in case your postcard is picked as a winner (b) the date when you're sending it (for stats purposes)
- Postcards must be sent within August 31
You can also send as many different postcards as you want...actually, the more you send, the more opportunities you'll have!
Winner selection
This is a game of skill.
From all eligible entries received (postcards that match the conditions described above),
the winners will be determined according to suggestiveness, creativity and quality of the photo on the postcard's front-side.
Winners will be determined before 12:00 pm EDT, Sept. 25, 2009. Winners will be contacted via email (which must be present on the postcard's back-side message) to provide residence address and confirm eligibility to receive prizes. Any winners unconfirmed by Nov. 29, 2009, forfeit their prizes.
Eligibility
Contest begins August 1, and ends August 31.
The contest is offered by AnguriaLab LLC to residents of countries where such
contests are allowed by the laws of those countries (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec,
Canada; Cuba; Iran; Iraq; Libya; North Korea; Spain; Sudan; and Syria).
By entering the Contest, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is
legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you. Participants must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence
and have an active email account and Internet access at the time of entry.
Employees of AnguriaLab LLC and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, contractors, directors, advertising agencies, racing officials and their respective immediate family members or those living in the same household of such individuals may participate but are NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
General conditions
This contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless AnguriaLab LLC and their sponsors, respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.
Conduct
By entering this contest, you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of AnguriaLab LLC and their sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
AnguriaLab LLC and its vendors, sponsors and partners reserve the right to, at their sole discretion, disqualify any individual that: tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or Web site; violates the official rules or acts in any unsportsmanlike, rude, or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. AnguriaLab LLC reserve the right to terminate or modify this contest at any time.
WARNING--Any attempt by an entrant or individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, AnguriaLab LLC reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Notification
Winners will be notified by e-mail (which must be provided on the postcard's back-side message) within seven (7) days after the date the winners are determined. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these "Official Rules" and a publicity/liability release (unless prohibited by law) within fifteen (15) days following attempted notification.
By accepting any prize, the winner (and, if applicable, companion) grant permission to AnguriaLab LLC to use their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a written consent. Prizes not confirmed by Nov. 29, 2009, may be forfeited or voided.

To enter the contest, send a physical postcard to the AnguriaLab Team, to the address indiciated in the "The simple rules" section of this document.
Once submitted, entries and correspondence become the sole property of AnguriaLab LLC and will not be returned.
